1. What PortfolioSync does

PortfolioSync connects to your Trading 212 account (read-only) and automatically writes your portfolio holdings into a Notion database you control, once per day. We never place trades, move funds, or access your account balance or cash on your behalf, and we never request the permissions that would allow us to.

2. Not financial advice

PortfolioSync is a data-syncing tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing it displays or writes to Notion is investment advice. Decisions about your investments are entirely your own.

3. Your account and subscription

The service costs €8.90/month (or $10.80/month, your choice), billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

4. Your credentials

You provide a read-only Trading 212 API key and a Notion integration token so the daily sync can run. These are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform that sync. You're responsible for the scopes you grant those keys; we ask that you never grant more than read-only access.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PortfolioSync to attempt to access anyone else's account or data, to abuse or overload the underlying Trading 212 or Notion APIs, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We rely on third-party APIs (Trading 212, Notion) we don't control, and while we aim for the sync to be accurate and reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortfolioSync isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately cancels billing and deletes your stored credentials and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
