What we collect
- Your email address (to run your account and let you log in).
- Your Trading 212 API key and secret, and your Notion integration token — encrypted at rest (AES-256), decrypted only in memory for the seconds it takes to run your daily sync.
- Your portfolio holdings (ticker, price, quantity), read from Trading 212 and written to your own Notion workspace — we don't retain a separate copy beyond what's needed to match existing rows on the next sync.
- Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Solely to run the service: authenticating you, connecting to Trading 212 on your behalf once a day, and writing the results to your Notion workspace. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run PortfolioSync, each only able to see what's necessary for their role: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and of course Trading 212 and Notion themselves, which you've separately authorized. None of these providers see your Trading 212 or Notion credentials in plain text — they're encrypted before they're stored.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (available anytime from your dashboard) immediately and permanently deletes your stored credentials, sync history, and account record.
Your rights
You can see what's connected, disconnect, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard, with no need to contact us first.
